Surgical Fabric for Med-Con for Medical Masks

Direction was from the Australian Federal Government department of industry.

This was the surgical mask fabric I had produced & manufactured for Med-Con in Victoria from Asia March 2020 then shipped in 40-foot-high cube containers Melbourne Port, Australia.

The cost was negotiated on behalf of our buyer. The raw fabric I had released from the country’s Government. This was achieved by summiting documents to the Government officials detailing this fabric was only for a medical mask factory in Australia, as an urgent requirement to produce local masks for the Covid 19 pandemic only for Australia.

We shipped 3 x 40-foot shipping containers.

Attached is a drawing we designed to maximise loading, as fabric rolls were light, so we were Successful to load and fill the total space within the 40 Foots high cube shipping containers to ensure freight cost was reduced.

All products shipped and delivered within 28 days to Med-Con in Shepparton, regional Victoria.
